VoltageGPU is an EU-controlled ChatGPT alternative built and operated by VOLTAGE EI, a French company (SIREN 943 808 824, Solaize). Our confidential AI chat runs on Qwen3-32B-TEE and Qwen3-235B-TEE language models inside Intel TDX hardware enclaves we operate inside the European Union. We are not subject to US disclosure orders under FISA 702 or the CLOUD Act, we provide a native GDPR Article 28 Data Processing Agreement on every plan, and we never train on user prompts. Same $20/month entry point as ChatGPT Plus.
Forrester estimates European organizations will spend €1.5 trillion on cloud and AI infrastructure between 2024 and 2030, with the majority flowing to three US hyperscalers and OpenAI. Strategic AI dependence on US providers exposes European companies to FISA 702, export control disruptions, and lock-in pricing. EU alternatives that match the user experience of ChatGPT Plus are essential to break this dependency.
Free plan: 50 messages monthly. Plus plan: $20/month for 2,000 messages on Qwen3-235B-TEE with 262K context. Pro plan: $1,199/month for unlimited usage, DeepSeek-R1-TEE reasoning, SSO, and private LoRA fine-tuning inside the same enclave family.
A European ChatGPT alternative for organizations that need real EU sovereignty — not just an EU-hosted endpoint of a US service. French company, EU-only inference, native GDPR Article 28 DPA, hardware-sealed in Intel TDX.
Forrester estimates Europe will spend €1.5 trillion on cloud and AI infrastructure by 2030. Where that money goes determines who controls European data.
01 — THE €1.5T SOVEREIGNTY PROBLEM
Forrester estimates European organizations will spend €1.5 trillion on cloud and AI infrastructure between now and 2030. The vast majority of that spend currently flows to three US hyperscalers and OpenAI. The result is a strategic dependence comparable to historical energy imports — except this time the dependency is on inference pipelines that handle Europe's most sensitive data.
VoltageGPU is one of the European alternatives. We are not the largest. We do not claim to replace OpenAI for every workload. But for the workloads that actually require EU sovereignty — regulated industries, public sector, professional services handling client data — we provide a real alternative with hardware confidentiality US providers cannot match.

05 — FAQ
Is VoltageGPU a European company or just EU-hosted?
European company. VOLTAGE EI is a French sole proprietorship registered with SIREN 943 808 824, based in Solaize, France. Founder Julien Aubry. There is no US parent, no US holding, no CLOUD Act or FISA 702 exposure for our confidential inference platform.
Why is the EU AI sovereignty conversation important?
Forrester estimates European organizations will spend €1.5 trillion on cloud and AI infrastructure by 2030, with most of that flowing to three US hyperscalers and OpenAI. That creates strategic dependence comparable to energy imports. EU alternatives — including VoltageGPU, Mistral, OVHcloud, Scaleway — exist to give European companies real choice.
How is VoltageGPU different from Mistral Le Chat?
Both are EU-based and refuse training on user prompts. The differentiator is hardware: Mistral runs on standard cloud VMs and a Mistral operator with infrastructure access could technically inspect inference memory. VoltageGPU runs every confidential session inside an Intel TDX enclave — memory is encrypted with AES-256 keys fused into the CPU, even our own engineers cannot read prompts.
Will my existing ChatGPT prompts work?
Yes. The chat experience is intentionally familiar. Most ChatGPT prompts work without modification on Qwen3-235B-TEE. We also provide an OpenAI-compatible API endpoint, so developers migrating from gpt-4o or gpt-4o-mini only need to change the base URL and model name.
Does VoltageGPU comply with the EU AI Act?
Yes. We publish transparency notices, model cards for every TEE model, and provide human oversight features. Because we are an EU-located controller and our core business is regulated AI infrastructure, we are positioned for the AI Act's obligations on general-purpose AI providers and high-risk deployers.
