Frequently asked questions.
How accurate is the agent on French-law contracts?
We publish no accuracy figures. The model reads French legal terminology such as "clause de non-concurrence", "indemnité de non-concurrence" and "clause de réversibilité", and can be asked about points such as Article 1843-4 valuation rights or Loi Hamon notice obligations on share transfers in TPE/PME. The /contract tool uses a TEE model from our catalog below Pro and Qwen3.5-397B-TEE on Pro and Enterprise. Always verify any output against primary sources before client communication.
Can I run my own playbook on top?
There is no playbook upload feature yet. Upload or paste your playbook with the contract in chat and ask the agent to grade clauses against it; it follows it as an instruction, like any prompt. Playbooks from the skill library at /marketplace work the same way.
Is the analysis privileged?
Privilege is a legal question for you and your jurisdiction, and we make no privilege promise. What we can state: inference runs in Intel TDX, we do not store your prompts, and documents pass through our servers to a TDX enclave and are not kept. The output is structured analysis for a qualified lawyer to review.
What happens to my contract files after analysis?
By default, the file is parsed on our servers, sent to the enclave for the analysis and not kept; chats stay in your browser. If you deliberately file a document into a Matter (Beta) at /workspaces, it is stored as a note, encrypted at rest, in the EU; the assistant does not read Matter files yet. Does it pull contracts straight from our DMS?
Not from a DMS: there are no iManage, NetDocuments or SharePoint connectors. Connectors at /connectors cover Gmail, Google Drive, Slack, GitHub and Microsoft 365. Otherwise, upload PDF, DOCX or TXT files directly; image files are OCRed, scanned PDFs are not.
Can we run nightly contract sweeps?
Not yet. The renewal, regulatory-change and data-room watchers are disabled. Scheduled tasks at /scheduled can run a custom prompt on a cron and email the result, but they read no files and check no live source.
